This was our second purchase of a new Ford Super Duty from Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We've never encountered any typical car salesman games or creepiness at this dealership. Everyone has from Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. We've never encountered any typical car salesman games or creepiness at this dealership. Everyone has always been genuine and professional, and we've gotten a fair deal each time. Other Ford stores are actually closer to us, but not the same. Glad we made the drive to Five Star. Our salesman each time was Alfred El-Darazi, (aka: Grandpa). Alfred took really good care of us on our first truck purchase from Five Star, so when it was time to order another one, we knew who to go see. Alfred helped us place our order in January, and he called us as soon as the truck arrived from the factory. We will definitely go see Grandpa when we need another new car! More

I went to this dealership to buy a used vehicle. So i walk in and instantly get approach by a sells guy. He was helpful i give him that, but the cars SUCK!!!.. I first test drove this 2003 Ford exp So i walk in and instantly get approach by a sells guy. He was helpful i give him that, but the cars SUCK!!!.. I first test drove this 2003 Ford expedition and it was a piece of xxxx. with a xxxx load of problems that will cost me a lot of money. It had a load engine noise, doors were hollow when you close them do to some xxxxxxxx slamming the doors one too many times, the DVD player holder was broken. I said can i see this 2000 Honda odyssey instead, so he got the keys for it. and test drove it had a brake problem, Rough ride. So i finally checked out this 2002 Gmc Yukon it drove good, but is was a little over price for it year and millage it had on it. I believe it was 145,533. So i said the xxxx with it i am going for a new Ford Expedition instead. More
