I visited Five Star Ford over last few months several times to test drive various trucks. Alfred was awsome in following up wiht me and lettting me know when either a Superduty or F150 was avalaible. Alfred and entire Five Star Ford team was honest about vehicel avaliablity, cost, markup, and when they would be avalaible. The F150 I purchased was delivered as purchased at a fair price and they paid fair price for my trade in. There wer no extra dealer added items like Lojack or other accesories taht would increase the cost of the truck. The finance team did not pressure me to purchase any extras like extended warranty or other protections. They did pich them to my but no pressure or games. Signing up for loan wiht Ford Finace was a breeze. Over all I had a plesent expereince at Five Star Ford at NOrth Richard Hills location. More
