This last purchase of a New 2015 Taurus for my wife, was a pleasure dealing with Melvin Seibel and Kelly Blackwell. Mel is one of a kind and truly feels like a family member. At no time of this purchase process, did I receive any pressure, or any hassle, this was great, it was a very smooth and quick experience. Mel answer all our questions and processed the necessary paper work efficiently. Mel is an honest, fair and with his experience he is an excellent Sales Manager. Mel and Kelly appeared to be a great asset for the Internet Sales Department. I can not express the wonderful feeling, when you purchaseing a vehicle and be treated like your own family. These gentlemen are honest, friendly and willing to focus in making their customers happy. It's nice to know of a dealership we can trust and deal fairly with. When I checked on it my salesman, diron, told me to fill out the credit app on line and he would have all the paperwork ready when I got there. That is exactly what he did. My documents were ready, my car was ready to go. My favorite thing was that diron did exactly what he told me he was going to do. He communicated with me via phone and kept me updated on the progress of my paperwork. It was definitely worth the drive. I also like the fact that it is a big dealership and they have it all together and they treat you like a valued customer. More

I wasn't planning on purchasing a new car but 48 hours after speaking with Aaron Dias for the first time I was leaving the dealership with my brand ne I wasn't planning on purchasing a new car but 48 hours after speaking with Aaron Dias for the first time I was leaving the dealership with my brand new Mustang! I got Aaron's info from my brother-in-law who was in the process of purchasing a new F150 from Aaron. I asked Aaron to look into what options I had with trading my 2011 Mustang in for a 2015. I did not think we would be able to get the financing that would work for our budget or we would have to compromise options on the vehicle to make it work. Unbelievably, Aaron Dias worked his magic along with the Five Star financing team and we did not compromise at all. We were able to get great financing terms on the exact car we wanted. It was completely painless! I will definitely contact Aaron Dias again when we are ready to trade in my husband's truck at the end of the year. Thank you Aaron!!!! More

He was patient and worked with me over a few weeks and three visits to the dealership until the right truck at the right price was available. I had never considered the package I ultimately bought since it was not heavily marketed on the website. During the buying process, I visited two other Ford dealerships since I had requested information at ford.com. John stood out against the others in product knowledge and his willingness to follow up with me when he found the right truck for me. It's great to have someone who really knows the variety of available products and will actually take time to match my needs to a vehicle.
