Experience with Five Star Ford I had a great experience with Alfred. Once the purchases was done he made sure the tank was filled and that both my old and new vehicle was together so that I could transfer my personal belongings to my new vehicle. He never rushed me to complete the task and assisted at every turn to make sure my experience with Five Star Ford was the best it could be. I have purchased several vehicles from Five Star Ford and at least two from him personally. He makes the experience of buying a new vehicle a pleasure. If I do need a new another new vehicle I will return to Five Star Ford and Alfred because of the previous experiences I have had. Now when it comes to financing Elbert Edwards is the best. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but I don't remember having a finance person treat me as well as he does. I have financed several vehicles with Five Star Ford and he has hand in one way or another with all of them. Since he has been put in the roll of finance I would not use anyone else he has me sold at his knowledge of the finance process to make it easy and hopefully even painless if you consider spending the type of money I spend on a vehicle painless. He does his best to keep my payments as low as he can to keep me coming backing to Five Star Ford. I will continue to buy from Five Star Ford as long as you keep people that I have used in your staff because they do make the buying experience easier with their knowledge. Everything I expected from an awesome dealer. I went looking for vehicles at other locations but when I came here it was just amazing.
