David followed up with me around a week later and had found my perfect vehicle. I came in that day and was out the door within 2 hours. Daivid was with another customer when I got there, so I was given another David to help complete the transaction. I got a great trade in, awesome vehicle, and fantastic financing through Ford Motor Credit. It can be a nervous and intimidating process, as I haven't purchased a new vehicle personally in many years, so I took my brother with me, but your entire staff, and mainly our Rep, Ollie Jackson, could not have done a better job at putting me at ease and feeling comfortable about the entire process. They were all incredible. So much so, that my brother and his wife, we own Fords also, but live in Dallas, took Ollie's business cards and the other staff who assisted, and said that they were going to drive over to Ft. Worth to this location for the next time they are ready to purchase their next vehicles. Believe me, that says a lot. Everyone there who helped in the process was just so genuine, it gave me a new perspective for sure. I deal with fleet vehicles at work and deal with 'salesy' people often that don't always seem sincere, but this experience was the complete opposite. They were the best. More

Another Ford Focus Another Great Lease Deal This is the second Focus SE that I have leased at Five Star at North Richland Hills with Justin. This time the car was for my second oldest son who's This is the second Focus SE that I have leased at Five Star at North Richland Hills with Justin. This time the car was for my second oldest son who's older car was worn out. On the last day of some lease specials, Justin was able to locate a white Focus that Sam wanted and get it done for us. They were busy last night as Ford and the dealership were closing out their specials, but Justin kept the process moving and Bob in Finance got us done in quick fashion. This was my son's first car buying/leasing experience which will build his credit with Ford behind the lease. I must also say the Ford Motor Credit was great with us on the last lease so I expect no problems with them on this lease for Sam. It is easy to see why the Car Pro Show recommends the Sam Pack family of dealerships when you have great people like Justin and Bob. Oh let me not forgot to say thanks to Sam in aftermarket sales as well. He put together a great deal for my son on window tint package just like he did for me on my Focus lease a couple of years ago.
