Terrible service work Five Star replaced the transmission in my 2009 F150 because of a hard shift. Since that time it has blown out all the trans fluid, had two valve bodies, a forward ring, been in the shop six times and they billed my extended warranty company twice for the same service work and are now telling me that it is "normal". In short, the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I am 54 years old and have owned seven F150's since 1996 and teach an automotive technology program. This will be the last Ford I buy simply because of terrible service work at my local dealership. Do not take your vehicle to Five Star Ford NRH. More

Not only does he know his how to handle customers car/truck needs, but he is willing to go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. He knows how to listen and is not concerned about trying to "push" a sale. Randall was very patient, asked me what my needs were and 2 days later ended up driving off with my new truck. Great experience buying a special car from 250 miles away. I found the car online and called Jim Rich before 8:00am to find out if it was still available. He worked with me through the entire process while I worked with my bank to secure financing. I made arrangements to fly out there to take delivery. Jim personally picked me up at the airport. The first thing he had me do was drive the car. (This car is special!) We confirmed that I had insurance and did the paperwork. all smooth and easy. He even bought me lunch before I left town.
