Alfred El-Darazi worked hard to help us find the truck we wanted. Very helpful and kind. Finance person Kyle was the best finance person we have dealt with. I recently had the pleasure of visiting FIVE STAR FORD NORTH RICHLAND HILLS and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and selection they provided. From the moment I walked through the door, I was NORTH RICHLAND HILLS and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and selection they provided. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesman, William May, who was eager to assist me. William spent hours making sure my experience was incredible! He personally stayed with the vehicle I was purchasing through its inspection, tire replacement, and preparation. He was very patient and accommodating answering all of my questions. I was also impressed with the financing options they offered and the staff, Mark Ake and M.M. Ross, who helped me with that process. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond all reasonable expectations. Overall, I had an excellent experience at FIVE STAR FORD NORTH RICHLAND HILLS and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
