Always stayed in contact with us to let us know status of vehicle but never became too pushy to make a sale. Never made us feel like we were never going to find a better deal elsewhere. This purchase took a full week to make and not because of them. We wanted to make sure we were getting best deal and Joad understood that and was patient and always professional about it. Could of easily moved on to another potential customer but stuck with us. This is our 5th new vehicle purchase and by far the best experience yet.
