My Wife and I had a wonderful experience at Five Star Ford. After going to our local dealership and having a bad experience with the sales people I checked the internet to find a good dealership. After reading reviews I called Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills and spoke with Alfred El-Darazi. He told me that he had the Ford escape in stock that I seen on Five Star Ford website. Alfred told me to come over and he would help me out. After driving 50 miles to get to the dealership I was greeted by Alfred El-Darazi. He was extremely friendly from the moment we met and made my wife and I feel welcome. Alfred answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle go to Five Star For and ask for Alfred El-Darazi. I have bought many cars over the years and can honestly say Alfred El-Darazi is the best salesman I ever had. He will treat you like family and do whatever it takes to make you happy. I also want to say a big thanks to Anthony Snyder who did the finance for us he was able to get us a great interest rate and keep our payment down. He also made us feel like family. More

First time car buyer Decided to purchase a specific vehicle in Texas. Upon researching I found a vehicle at fivestar ford and contacted Sam Limo. Originally Mr. Limo state Decided to purchase a specific vehicle in Texas. Upon researching I found a vehicle at fivestar ford and contacted Sam Limo. Originally Mr. Limo stated the car was going to auction and was no longer available but contacted me a few hours later to inform me the vehicle was still on the lot for sale. After spending the day looking at other vehicles I went back to fivestar but unfortunately my bank would not do paperwork after a certain time. Sam Limo held the car for me due to my personal schedule. I drove back the next day and picked up my new car (was planning on coming back a week later). Aaron Diaz assisted with the visit to fivestar as well took me for a test drive and also picked me up from Hertz after I turned the rental in. As a first time buyer it was not bad dealing with this dealership personally. They didn't blow my phone up like a few others but still communicated professionally throughout the whole process.
