Buying a new truck This is my first experience with Five Star Ford and I was referenced to the dealership by a work mate and he told me it was a hassle free buying exper This is my first experience with Five Star Ford and I was referenced to the dealership by a work mate and he told me it was a hassle free buying experience and it truly was. My workmate recommended that I contact Rick Dike and he told me he was a no pressure salesman and once again that proved to be true. Rick had a truck ready for me to test dive upon my arrival and when I told him that I was still test driving other brands he said fine and for me to let him know if he could help me in the future. After driving a few other trucks I contacted him again about driving the truck again and once again he set up a test drive. Once I decided to buy I called him the third time and in just a few minutes he had the paperwork done and turned me over to Tut in Finance. Tut was by far the quickest I have ever experienced in getting the paperwork done. He was efficient and friendly. Once I completed the transaction Rick introduced me to Jimmie Mathews to walk me through the workings of my new truck. I am really glad the dealership does this because it would have taken me days to grasp the basics that Jimmie was able to explain to me in just a few minutes. He was kind and patient with his explanation. All three of these gentlemen did a great job. More
