Best Truck Buying Experience Ever We are a small business and buying new vehicles is one of our least favorite things to deal with. When the time came to get (3) new trucks with differ We are a small business and buying new vehicles is one of our least favorite things to deal with. When the time came to get (3) new trucks with different options, I call Crystal Sanders. She had a straight forward and well priced quote back to me within and hour. I called another dealer that we had dealt with in the past to compare the quote. The other dealer took 3 days, got the options wrong, and the pricing was murky, to say the least. We ordered the trucks and went in to pick them up. Because of past experiences, I blocked my entire afternoon. Mark and Marie finalized the deal and we had the keys in hand in less than an hour (including financing paperwork). We were very pleased and will be going back to them for all of our new vehicle needs. More

Customer Service was Excellent!! Best experience in car buying that I have had in years! Saw the car I wanted on the 5 Star Ford website last Thursday. Called the dealership and spoke with Jason Howell. He said that he would have it pulled and waiting for me on Saturday. I wasn't able make it in on Saturday. Called him and told him that I would be in today. Went in this morning(Monday), picked it up, brought it home for my wife to see. Took it back and told him I wanted it. Whole process took less than 2 hours, including finance! Kudo's to Jason Howell, my sales guy and David Hill in finance!!! More
