I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Platinum from Five Star Ford. Ray Barns met us immediately and ask which pickup we were interested in. He had our current vehicle appraised. Then he gave us the offer and trade amount. We made our decision and asked when we could pick up the new one. Surprisingly, he said as soon as the paper work was completed. The paper work took maybe 20 minutes and the vehicle was ready to drive away. That is something that has never happened to me.....getting the truck the same day I bought it. The best part of the transaction was dealing with Ray and the other people at the dealership. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and helpful.
