Crystal was amazing with the purchase of our 2019 Ford Flex. She had us a walk around video within a few hours with all of the things that she saw wrong with it. The best experience I've had with dealers. I don't go to dealers often but to purchase this Bronco I went to multiple dealers in the metroplex even out of state. I was getting annoyed and frustrated with the dealers in the area that I thought this place was going to be the same. I am so glad I took my time to visit them. Best thing about this Dealer was they value customer and although it was business they made sure I am happy. Unlike other dealers this place did not have any markup or any nonsense added. Alfred who was my sales was honest and respectful of my knowledge toward the car and waited for me to make any decision and thought.
