My contact at FiveStar searched and found my vehicle and was able to move the inventory to theirs all in 24 hours. Diron went above and beyond in my opinion to match my needs with inventory. The entire experience was fast, simple, straight forward and definitely worth it! They probably should look to change their name to 6 stars or even Constellation. More

With factory gearing up for 2018 models they could no longer order a 2017 equipped to our specs. However he searched diligently to find one for us and while it had over $700 in additional equipment we did not want, that was thrown in with the deal as we already had set a maximum loan amount. This process took almost a week watching which vehicles meeting our needs were being shipped to what dealers and then negotiating a trade with that dealer that still fell within our price parameters. John was always there for us returning calls promptly and keeping us informed on setbacks and progress. Picked up our new vehicle Monday, could not be more pleased with his attitude and service. John C Maurice was great. Prompt service. Not pressured. I came in for my battery and to get my oil changed. I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours, but actual time was less. Great experience for first time buyer! This was my first time buying a car, I didn't know what to expect.I was prepared to be pressured into buying something I didn't want, but it was the e This was my first time buying a car, I didn't know what to expect.I was prepared to be pressured into buying something I didn't want, but it was the exact opposite. My sales person Bryan Russell was awesome, he showed me a few lower priced cars which would be in my price range. We looked at a Ford Fiesta and a Ford Focus. I wasn't all that excited about those. I had my eye on a 2014 Mustang that I had been looking at online for about a week. I decided to go look at the Mustang and see it in person. Absolutely loved it! My sales person Bryan knew that was the car I decided on and he immediately got the process going after I said that was the car I wanted. He got me started on paper work and even though it was late and near closing he got the process started. He got me into finance and even started the detailing process on the car! I was very impressed with how quick and easy everything was going. I got into finance and Will Green was the gentleman helping me. He let me know that he could get me a better interest rate in the morning, because the banks were closed and that if I didn't mind coming back in the morning, he could get me a better deal. I appreciated that very much! Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this Five Star Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
