I needed a turn signal replaced and was told the department that does that type of repair My service provider, Ms. Peal, got my repairs done quickly. Best Dealership Experience in 40 Years I've never been one to take my vehicles to the dealer for service because they are always booked and very expensive. Twice in the last year, I have ne I've never been one to take my vehicles to the dealer for service because they are always booked and very expensive. Twice in the last year, I have needed specialty repairs that required dealer tools and computers. The first of those two experiences was at a different dealership and it was an absolute nightmare. This most recent experience was at Five Star Ford and they showed me that not all dealerships are alike when I comes to customer service. All of the employees were super nice and did everything possible to accommodate my needs. I paid an arm and a leg for my repair, but they pulled some strings and returned my truck to me the same day!! Five Star is the only dealer I'll trust going forward. More
