Great Car Buying Experience We had been looking at other dealerships in search of our new F-250. We had experienced the typical "car salesman" approach at another dealership. We began to get frustrated with the entire experience and turned our attention to another Ford Dealership - Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, Texas. From the moment we walked into the dealership, you could just feel that this was a more professional atmosphere and that the sales staff were not the typical car salesmen. We were met with great, long tenured personnel, that were honest and upfront. The deal was open and honest, there were no hidden agendas or trick and were very satisfied with the experience. At the first dealership, we had asked for a small upgrade missing from the desired vehicle. That dealership wanted to charge us many times the value I felt was justified for the add on. At 5 Star, the price quoted for the same add on was 20% of the cost of the other dealership and was in line with what I expected. What a wonderful breath of fresh air to deal with a company that was not out to gouge the customer. I cannot say enough about the sales, aftermarket, and management staff of 5 Star NRH. They have a new customer for life. More
