Purchase of Ford F150 We recently purchased a new Ford F150 and had a great experience with Bryan Russell. When we made the purchase, we noticed some dings in the paint an We recently purchased a new Ford F150 and had a great experience with Bryan Russell. When we made the purchase, we noticed some dings in the paint and Ford attempted to repair it on site, but one of the dings was not covered sufficiently. We then brought the truck back 2 weeks later, as we were told the body shop was running behind. So we brought it back 2 weeks later and Bryan was able to get us a loaner car for the week. The car that they told him to give us unfortunately had a dead battery, so Bryan jumped the battery and got it started. I drove the car around for about 30 minutes, then went home and parked it. Then a few hours later when I went to leave, the car battery was dead again. So Bryan came to my house with another loaner car to switch with the one with the dead battery. He jumped the car, then put his personal belongings in the car, which included the key and closed the door, to go retrieve the jumper box. When he closed the door, the key automatically locked the door. So Bryan was left stranded at my house for about 1 hour waiting for someone to bring him another key for that car. He was very apologetic. I feel that in that very unfortunate circumstance, none of which was Bryan's fault, was handled very well. Bryan was very courteous and respectful the entire time. I would highly recommend Bryan to my friends to purchase a car! More
