Had an awesome experience working with Joad Mejia at Five Star Ford NRH. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process of me placing the order for my Bronco all the way through pickup once it arrive Star Ford NRH. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process of me placing the order for my Bronco all the way through pickup once it arrived. He called once a month to check in and provide any updates while it was being built. He even identified a couple parts to leave off of the custom order in order to expedite the build timeline since they could easily be added after the vehicle arrived. Really went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Knowledgeable, great communication. 10/10. More
