Even though we ended up not agreeing on the value of my trade, and I did not trade, nor purchase a vehicle, I can honestly say that the dealership experience was still great! Brieanna was a pleasure to work with, and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She was also excellent at keeping me informed on the progress of the negotiations. I spoke to a couple of other folks while I was at the dealership as well, they too were very professional, and there was never any pressure, just genuine interaction.
