Double sucker punched! Bought a new car; paid for extended warranty and premium maintenance plan; maintained as manual directed; serviced only at Five Star to 90,000 miles, Bought a new car; paid for extended warranty and premium maintenance plan; maintained as manual directed; serviced only at Five Star to 90,000 miles, including extra service suggested; now I need a new engine at 103,000 miles; and finally an offer of $500 for my car! No acknowledgment of pristine interior and exterior, or new tires worth more than $500. No acknowledgment of an engine with faults that should have been recalled, just it is all your loss. The only value I feel now from Five Star was as a financial sucker to them and to Ford Motor Company. Premium maintenance was a very costly joke! More
