DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. This place had my Stingray Corvette for TWO months due to a check engine light. For the first month and half they could not figur zero stars I would. This place had my Stingray Corvette for TWO months due to a check engine light. For the first month and half they could not figure out how to take the light off. They would not call me back, they did not know what they were doing and on top of that I’m sure they just had my car sitting there not even getting worked on because every time we would get to speak with Jeff he never knew anything about what was going on with the car he always had to call back just to tell us the same thing he had been saying from the first week!! They replaced parts that did not need to be replaced and they supposedly fixed the car but on the drive home we had to stop for gas because they returned my car with no gas, they drove my car for 60 miles and didn’t even have the courtesy to put some gas!!! Well the light came back on! After speaking with Michael, which by the way was an awful experience because he said to me “it’s like when you take a child to the doctor, they’re not sick at the office but when you get home they show signs of being sick again”.. well Michael I don’t know what that’s like because I do not have children so thank you for that painful reminder, stick to what you know which should be cars not doctor office experiences!!!!! Anyway, he wasn’t sympathetic no ownership that they messed up and didn’t fix my car he was just like well you have to bring the car so we can take a look at it again because A whole month and half wasn’t enough time!! But I decided to give them another chance because they had already been paid to take the check engine light off! so we took the car again. We scheduled an appt and upon our arrival Jeff asked if we could come back another day until we reminded him that we had a scheduled appt!! Leaving it there was a BIG MISTAKE! It took them two weeks to figure out that the car had aftermarket exhausts and claimed it would be $2700 to put the stock ones back or I would just have to live with the check engine light. I was going to have to pay again to fix what they did not fix in the first place!!! After letting Jeff know I wanted him to get my car ready because I would be picking my car up to take somewhere else he smart mouthed me and said okay and that my car was ready to be picked up now but then called me back to say oh it’s actually not ready and we just figured out that it only needs a tune after all which starts at about $80. So it all of a sudden in a matter of 5 minutes my cost went from thousands to a hundred!? It went from being the exhaust to just a tune!? That doesn’t even sound right!! It took two months to figure that out? No! They were just trying to get the most money out of me and knew that I would figure that out once I took it somewhere else! And even if that’s not the case which I’m sure it is, it took that long to figure out it’s after market exhausts!?? My spouse figured that out two months ago when he googled the check engine light code, we just didn’t know the car had after market exhausts to be sure!!! These guys are amateurs and Sassy pants Jeff has no customer service skills! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE SCAMMERS! Especially if you have a sports car!!!
