I had a wonderful experience with Five Star Chevrolet. I bought a used 2019 Corvette Grand Sport. The thing was, I did it from over 400 miles away in northeast Kansas. I was very meticulous about what I was getting and it was a big investment, so that meant it took a lot of trust on both sides. My salesman was Jomar Montsanto. What a great guy he was! He made every effort getting detailed pictures and videos, answering every questions, having little touch ups made, negotiating an agreeable price, arranging a safe transport to my distant home, and following up with some little particulars after the delivery. He even sent a nice Thank You card later on. I felt so luck to have this guy to work with. And what a beautiful car I ended up with! But Jomar wasn't the only one that was so helpful. There were James Cassels, the Sales Manager, and Lee Nolan, the financial closer, who both were tops to work with. Even the General Manager followed up with a phone call to be sure my every whim was satisfied. If I had to dig deep for a criticism, it would be that the online description of the car had a couple minor variances from the real thing, but those were readily identified and resolved before the sale. Great job down there in Texas, guys. I'd lightly recommend anybody doing business there. More
