Bryce saved the day that Chris potential ruined by the lack of communication and tact regarding the recall for the vehicle I just purchased. Receiving a text message stating my vehicle has a critical recall just two weeks after purchasing the vehicle did not sit well with me and shows lack of customer service as I should have been contacted by phone. I was not offered any type of transportation accommodations during the scheduling process. Which caused a major inconvenience as I had to find a way to and from dealership, which is 35 mins away from my residents. This is why I say Bryce saved the day, because he offered me a ride share service once I arrived at the dealership. He was very apologetic about my experience and made sure the rest of the process of smooth. Purchasing a vehicle and within two weeks receiving a critical recall notice doesn't prompt me to purchase here again. Lloyd was great, but not too happy with service received. More
