Went to help my daughter get her first car 1 week ago. Since we have 2 cars from there it would be good nope wrong!! Do not go there the children in my classroom communicate better then these people. When I say they are bad at communicating with themselves and the buyer they are the worse.ive had my insurance company for 10yrs it just automatically renew it self. When we go there my daughter has no credit of course it's her first car. My husband had to co sign no big deal.Loyed said u have to buy your credit so I will have to put 1500 down since she has no credit again no big deal. Next question do u have insurance yes ok gave them a copy of the insurance the insurance had just renewed so I had to send him a copy. Ok good insurance went threw 5 different people not one word or complaints on the type of insurance. Fist call your daughter isn't on the insurance well no duh she just got the car. Either her or your husband have to be on it why my husband?? It's not his car he was just there to help her so they ended up putting the car in his name as the main person that's not what we wanted. That was another argument. So I added her cost money to add her sent the insurance called loyed told him on the phone u see the email check it is everything good?! Yes everything is good!! Ok fine next day umm the insurance doesn't have your husband name why would it it's not his car well he's on the policy?! That's not what we wanted anyway. So again here I am calling the insurance to add him to that car cost me money. Sent them the insurance that now 6 people saw not one of the said anything. Call again the car doesn't have full coverage no one told me that it had to y'all just said do u have insurance?! Lee calls me tells me when u buy a car u have to have full coverage no that's a lie I done bought and paying for 2 cars not once did y'all ask when I first got them. My two cars are worth way way more then my daughters car. So again I had to pay more money by this time it's already 420.00 I had to spend cause they don't know how to communicate but they sure do know how to take your money. When I get home I check the mail got a thank u card from them thank u for what for all this run around and costing me 420.00 cause they don't know how to be professional even my insurance co said they are not professional. U have to have sales experience to work there that's funny where did they get there training from. When I say do not get your car here do not!!! Making a big deal of a car that cost 14,00.00 that's a shame I literally have a 30,000 vehicle on my driveway. More

Brian in service was fantastic along with Rosa and Amanda in customer scheduling. The car was completed faster than expected and of course Lloyd Facen was a wonderful conduit to getting things done and keepi in customer scheduling.
