Have their pros and cons. Sales team was quite nice to deal with, having no pressure and actually went above and beyond in how they let me inspect the used vehicle I eventual Sales team was quite nice to deal with, having no pressure and actually went above and beyond in how they let me inspect the used vehicle I eventually purchased. Purchasing the car was smooth without hassle. It was quick since there was no financing or warranty purchasing. Unfortunately, something must have gone wrong in the registration process because it took 9.5 weeks for my plates to arrive at the dealership. My sales representative had to defer to the titling department for status. No one from that department ever responded to the voicemails I left, nor chat sessions through their help interface. The only way I ever got information for why the process was taking so long was by visiting the dealership again in person, where I was finally able to talk to someone in titling directly. The reasons given for the delay were not satisfactory - implying there had been no mistakes, and they were just backed up. If that is the only reason, they may need to improve processes and add more personnel. In the end, whatever they had to do to complete the process got done, so it worked out alright, but I found the communication during the experience to be severely lacking. More
