When I initially pulled into the lot, I wasn't too impressed since the building seem old and the lot was small. However, too my surprise, I found the perfect car and was able to negotiate the price I needed to afford the purchase. My sales rep was Lloyd Facen and he was so patient and nice! The Sales manager was Billy and he was also pleasant to work with. Thanks to Five Star for helping me to finalize the purchase of my car. Hope to be back soon in a few years to trade up! More

Quick, quality, and painless. Just how it's supposed to be I dropped off my truck, they offered me a ride. I declined. They called me when it was done, and I came to pick it up, no issues.
