the very definition of sleezy car sales!!!!! On 2/17/2018 i purchased a used vehicle from 5 star chevrolet in carrolton. Sales guys were great, we went through the whole process of test drive, di On 2/17/2018 i purchased a used vehicle from 5 star chevrolet in carrolton. Sales guys were great, we went through the whole process of test drive, discussing prices, discussing warranties. I advised my salesman that i didnt want additional warranty since the car still had some manufacturer warranty. So we signed the little sales slip. And then go thru the financing office. Everything was still great. It took a little longer than normal to wait for them to get the paper work ready. But we had a 2 hour drive to get back home so we were in a rush. My dumb self didnt pay attention to what i was signing in the rush, and apparently signed a warranty contract that i had already specifically stated to my salesman I DID NOT WANT!!!!! I didnt find this out until i got my finance paperwork and it showed an extra 2500 bucks roughly. I have now been in contact with the dealership getting the run around trying to cancel it. Today(3/2/18) i call and find out that i have to drive all the way back to the dealership to get this done because they need to do an odometer reading and have be sign papers. asked if i could send a pic of odometer and sign and fax papers back, but no, the car has to come to the dealership. I get it, i should have been paying attention to what i signed, but at the same time, a car dealership shouldnt add on to a purchase, when they were already told NO!!! Thank you sam pack for the wonderful car buy experience, NOT!!!! More

I was called to make an appointment and when I arrived I was told I would not have to wait because I had an appointment. I was offered the option of 2 waiting areas, and told what to expect on either area. There were drinks and comfortable seating. When my car was ready, Dustin escorted me to checkout and stayed present to escort me to my car. My oil change was covered by my extended service plan. Stonebriar Chevy charged me for my previous oil change. I have been raving about my experience all day today! More
