Very helpful Our car was in the shop for a few days waiting for parts. I just wished they had a loner car for me to use while ours was tied up there. Our car was in the shop for a few days waiting for parts. I just wished they had a loner car for me to use while ours was tied up there. More

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Expercienced Anywhere I recently took my 2012 F150 into this dealer for service (November 12, 2019). I had to have my truck towed in as it could not be driven. I called t I recently took my 2012 F150 into this dealer for service (November 12, 2019). I had to have my truck towed in as it could not be driven. I called that morning and explained the situation and I was told by a the man I spoke with (I do not remember his name) that they would try to evaluate my truck that afternoon but if not, the following morning. From that point on I was left in the dark about my truck repair and inconvenienced for 8 days until I was repaired. I repeatedly had to call to get status, never once did a representative call me. The issue was not even diagnosed until Friday afternoon, the 15th (again when I called to get status). I was told by a rather rude woman (Rebecca Souza) "well it was towed it and no one came in with it so you can't expect us to get to it quickly". I explained what I was told before I came and she was extremely unapologetic implying it was my fault the truck wasn't diagnosed for 4 business days. Then once it was diagnosed, I spoke with the mechanic on Friday and he said he could do one of the repairs that afternoon and maybe could do the other on Saturday. Of course no one called me on Saturday so I called in first thing Monday morning (now the 18th) and nothing had been repaired yet. I asked the service advisor to have her manager call me immediately as I was quite frustrated. She said she would tell him and he'd call me shortly. Obviously no manager ever called me. The only call I received was on Tuesday afternoon, the 19th, from Rebecca that my truck was finished (8 days later). Given my frustration and my desire to be done with this I just went to the dealer to pick up my truck and go home and move on. Of course the ineptitude of this dealership's service department prevented that from happening and thus now I'm trying to warn everyone to not waist your time here. I went in that afternoon, paid for the repairs. No one asked if I had questions or bothered to explain in detail what was wrong and what they did to fix it. For the record it was the electronic gear steering assembly and a leaky hose and bad belt that need to be replaced. It cost $2847.20 and I was charged for every little detail including the diagnosis which I've had waived by other dealers many times when the repair crosses a price threshold. So I swallowed my pride and move on. I went outside to pick up my truck and that's where it really fell apart. In my back seat was the wind/bug visor that used to be on the hood of my truck. Along the front left fendor were 3 new, large scratches. And the truck was filthy dirty on the outside. No one told me about the fendor or the scratches. I went right back inside to confront them and was told "that fell off when the mechanic was test driving it." Rebecca said "it was extremely loose and fell off and hit the windshield while he was driving." You don't think that someone should've told me that? Or even asked if I wanted it put back on? Not to mention I just drove the truck from FL 2 months earlier and drive it daily to work and it seemed just fine to me. But no one had the wherewithal to tell me? Instead they just threw it in the back and thought I wouldn't notice or ask? When I showed her the scratches she admitted that wasn't right and said we'll fix those but you'll have to bring the truck back. I said no, you've had it for 8 days and I need a car to go to work. You can come pick it up from my office and fix it and bring it back to me. She said ok and she would call me to schedule. She actually did call the following day and said they would pick it up on Thursday the 21st (the next day). A driver would call me in the morning. For the record my office is 11 miles from the dealer so not far. No one called. I called and left a message for Rebecca and no one called back. So I paid almost $3000 and they gave my truck back to me with new scratches, something missing (fendor) and filthy. I was just in shock at they're incompetence. I called a few more times and no call backs. I'm considering my options but its so frustrating to think I'm going to have to expend more energy and additional resources to get my truck back to the condition I brought it into the service center in. No one there was concerned about my experience, multiple times I was made to feel like the delay in repairs was my fault for towing a non-driving vehicle to them. And I never once was given an apology and at every opportunity Rebecca made an excuse and didn't just take responsibility. Needless to say, I'll never recommend this place or go back. They will jerk you around and probably break something else on your vehicle. Update 12/10/19. Rebecca called me after 2.5 weeks of not return my calls. She said "i'm calling to see if we can pick up your truck tomorrow." No I'm sorry for the delay, no I know its late but would you still like us to fix our mistake. Just a "can we pick up your truck tomorrow" as if nothing weird had ever happened! I was flabbergasted. Admittedly, I ripped into her on that call. First Ford has no credibility and I'd never let them touch my truck again. Stay away! More
I asked for oil change and tire rotation. I didn’t ask for a 20.00 dollar inspection so they could spend my money trying to find more work that needs to be done on my truck. On top of everything else this for a 20.00 dollar inspection so they could spend my money trying to find more work that needs to be done on my truck. On top of everything else this rating service won’t let me submit this unless I review people that I didn’t even talk with. Very dysfunctional. More

Excellent Family Have worked with the Ruggiero family since they bought their first dealership way back in the 80s, and have purchased many vehicles from their dealers Have worked with the Ruggiero family since they bought their first dealership way back in the 80s, and have purchased many vehicles from their dealerships over the years. They are an upstanding family and run an excellent business. We've had numerous excellent interactions over the years with Joseph Sr and Joseph Jr. Great knowledge of the business (as well as many other businesses) and not afraid to share that knowledge with employees. Always there to lend a hand or give encouragement. One of the great local families in the auto business and we recommend them highly. More
