The internet manager Kerrie Gomes uses dishonest tactics to attract buyers, they will say whatever needed on the phone for you to drive in, then the shadiness begins. I have visited other Ford dealerships, and they are respectable establishments. Go anywhere except First Ford! They ahould be called LAST FORD!!! More

Amazing service My dealings with First Ford have been nothing short of amazing. I started my experiences with Rob Rocha who briefly questioned my needs. From there I dealt with Joe Ribeiro who found the exact truck and price point at another dealer. He quickly and efficiently had the truck transferred and registered within problems. Josh in the finance dept shopped around my loan and got me the best rate and payments that fit my original budget. The three of them ( and I'm sure more behind the scenes ) were true customer service professionals who met my every need in timely fashion. This week I had my first service. The service department took this service to a whole new level. Booking my appointment was simple and quick. I was given a reminder ( by a human ) one day prior. Upon arriving I was met by Nick Peterangelo he checked me in, immediately took my truck back for service and treated me like I was his family. Not only do I highly recommend this dealer to anyone, I truly think this is the best Ford Dealership in New England. Thank you all so much for the amazing customer service! More
