The process to purchase our Jeep Gladiator was flawless. Our sales person was Theresa Stevens. We came to Firkins for a recall issue on our 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Of course we wandered out looking at new vehicles while we waited for our Jeep to be serviced. We met Theresa and she showed us a few Gladiators that were on sale. She didn’t pressure us at all and was very informative and answered all our questions. We were really not interested in buying but she wanted to give us a quote on a trade in for the new Gladiator. We actually thought the trade value was really good and we made an offer and closed the deal. Very easy process. We want to also thank the manager Kevin Kasey for his part in getting us what we wanted. We had Joe Murray as our service manager contact and would highly recommend him as well. Not to forget the nice attentive cashier Anna who helped us finish with the service work. More

Really Fast Oil Change I scheduled an early appointment at Firkins thinking another appointment I had (not there) was an hour and a half later, but really, my mistake, it wa I scheduled an early appointment at Firkins thinking another appointment I had (not there) was an hour and a half later, but really, my mistake, it was only an hour. So, as soon as I got to Firkins, I explained this to Joe -- HE'S THE BOMB -- and he said that they could change my oil and rotate my tires in less than an hour. He was right. They were exceptional at performing the service on my car. My car was returned just as I turned it over to them but with new oil and rotated tires. They even parked it close to the waiting area so I could just hop in and go. The cashier ladies are always super friendly and nice. I applaud Joe Murray -- He's the reason my husband and I have been going to Firkins for over 10 years. THANK YOU!! More

Beyond My Expectations I went to Firkins to buy a new car and upon entering I was greeted by a manager named Rick Pintus who I immediately felt comfortable with. He was pleasant and warm and listened to my problem coming out of my Lexus lease and I wanted to see if he could help me purchase a new vehicle. He spend time with me and I felt no pressure. He introduced me to a sales associate, Rhonda O'Brien. I told her that I didn't know her products and she would have to start at the beginning. Well it turned out that she knew her products very well and in no time we narrowed down to the vehicle that was in my new price range. I met with Karl in the finance department and he as Rick and Rhonda was also great. He got my approval very quickly and I picked up my new Jeep a day later.
