Oil change and recalls Joe tried to help me out as best as he could. I arrived at 0900 AM for an oil change and recall updates. My truck was not complete until 1PM. I feel this took way to long for simple updates and oil change. Also I’ve paid for the oil changes for life, but I was told by Joe that their systems showed that I didn’t. This is news to me since the day I bought my truck the contract I signed with ram has been granted every time I have taken the truck in for service. Then when I received my truck, the system was reset to reflect the new oil change. More
