Worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. I came into this location knowing exactly what I wanted, that part was easy. It was supposed to be detailed multiple times but that was very poorly do I came into this location knowing exactly what I wanted, that part was easy. It was supposed to be detailed multiple times but that was very poorly done, it was so gross that I had to clean it again myself once I got it home. It doesn’t end there, once we purchased the Certified Pre-Owned Chrysler vehicle a week later we had issues with it. The man who sold it to us was an unreliable flake, we were told to come in multiple times for the issue but it was never resolved or even looked at. The issue was brought to a manager who kept pushing our date back to bring it in putting it passed the 30 day window. First issue was finally fixed over a month later. As soon as that issue was fixed we had another issue but then of course they didn’t want to deal with us because now it was costing them money. Many unreturned phone calls later, I had to contact Chrysler, the manufacturer. Thank goodness they were helpful in referencing us to another fantastic location where it was all taken care of. I would NEVER go here for anything every again, nor will I ever recommend this place to others. These people only care about themselves, terrible customer service. More
