Horrible rude service from start to finish. Service writer Ken. Mike at the car rental. The guy who checked me out after hours was incompetent and almost charged my card 7 grand cause he didnt know how writer Ken. Mike at the car rental. Their used car inventory is doubled as the rental car inventory. So dont buy used from them. Bought a ford because its superior in all factors . Unfortunately I bought it used from a dodge dealer and got the dodge warranty. Dodge warranty made me bring it to a dodge dealer even tho I had work done at ford before. I’ve bought from Scott Betti twice. The second time was just a coincidence as no one else was available. He was nice and got the job done overall. However, some wording that he uses made me feel as though just a coincidence as no one else was available. He was nice and got the job done overall. Both times buying from him he tried to put me in a vehicle that was cheaper and he thought would be more in my “budget”. I explained to him both times I can afford the vehicle and will not leave the dealership with a car I don’t want. He was a nice man, I just think he may need to work on reading people better. More
