He helped me have a satisfactory conclusion for a faulty replacement part in my Jeep' for his concern for customer satisfaction and company loyalty. He helped me have a satisfactory conclusion for a faulty replacement part in my Jeep's airbag. He worked with Chrysler to expeditiously resolve distress concerning this bad replacement part. I did not feel that I should have been responsible for that part. He and Chrysler worked with me, and Chrysler agreed to replace that part at no expense to me.
