Drop my car off at 9:30 just for an oil change and tire rotation and it wasn’t done until 2:30. When I dropped off I said i wasn’t waiting but wanted a call when it was ready. Process was very easy there. I was set up with Mark Gray almost as soon as I entered the showroom. Within 10 minutes I was in the car we were looking for.
