We live on the Florida east coast. I talked to two local Florida dealers regarding a CPO 2020 Pacifica Limited, and discovered that advertised pricing meant nothing. I contacted Firkins because they had a low mileage 2020 CPO Pacifica Limited. They advertised a very good internet price for the Pacifica. When I called, I was greeted by Marly Saxton, a customer service agent, who answered questions and said she would get me the out-the-door selling price. I was skeptical based on my previous dealer experiences. Within an hour, I had an email from our pre-owned sales consultant Brett McCant with the purchase price, including tax and license fees and to my surprise, they honored the advertised price. They are up-front about their dealer fee and transaction fee. I called him back and made the deal. Very fair and agreeable pricing. We drove the four hours to Firkins to pick-up the Pacifica and were met by Brett, who was very helpful in answering questions. Financing was completed quickly and efficiently by Kristine Scherer. The paperwork was done and we left with the car thinking how pleasant and professional the entire process was to complete. It is no wonder that Firkins has so many 5-star ratings. We found the vehicle we wanted at Firkins, but we live 90 minutes away, we called and we were able to complete the whole deal over the phone and they even offered to deliver the vehicle to our door.
