Very satisfied with the service department....however the man I dealt with at Payless not so much. There was no one in the payless office so I waited about 10 minutes & went looking. Found a man vacuuming man I dealt with at Payless not so much. There was no one in the payless office so I waited about 10 minutes & went looking. Found a man vacuuming a car. Asked who I need to speak to about renting a car for a couple of days, he said me. I told him I needed a vehicle for 5 people, he never replied. He acted like I was bothering him. So I went back in the office, he continued to vacuum the car outside the office door. I waited, finally started reading my book, this probably took another 10 minutes. Finally another man employee) came in, turned around & went back out. I assume he told this guy he had some inside so he finally came in. Would NOT recommend him to anyone...maybe having a bad day but this was earlier in the morning. More

Drop my car off at 9:30 just for an oil change and tire rotation and it wasn’t done until 2:30. When I dropped off I said i wasn’t waiting but wanted a call when it was ready. When I called at one Ken Hal rotation and it wasn’t done until 2:30. When I dropped off I said i wasn’t waiting but wanted a call when it was ready.
