We phoned a relative in the area that stated Firkins was the best dealership in the area but specifically told us to deal with Teresa Stevens. She was extremely knowledgeable about the brand & what we could or could not use with a tow package. Firkins didn't have the exact Cherokee Lattitude that we chose but Teresa found one & had it delivered within 48 hours. This was a no hassel, no flaw process. I would buy another vehicle from these individuals if the situation presents itself! More

We explained exactly what we had looked at on the internet and what our budget was and that we needed our trade in appraised. First thing they did was start the appraisal process while we looked at Wranglers. Once the appraisal was done and we had looked at the Wrangler we wanted, the buying process was easy. There was no high pressure, pushy techniques. We just walked through the process and came to a price we could agree on and were done. The car was prepped while we waited and we drove it off the lot. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and responsive. Great deal, great buying experience, great dealership. Joshewa Vest was our sales rep and he was with us through the whole process answering questions, getting additional information, etc... The trade in value was fair and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. More
