Body shop My car was wrecked in August. The other persons insurance told me to take it to Firkins Chrysler Jeep Dodge. A good friend of mine told me don't do it My car was wrecked in August. The other persons insurance told me to take it to Firkins Chrysler Jeep Dodge. A good friend of mine told me don't do it. She had taken her daughters car there to be fixed and not even 2 miles down the road her engine shut down because of the dealership putting it back together incorrectly. Well against better judgment I took my car there. After it was repaired and picked up we had major rainstorms and I took it through my car wash. We then noticed my headliners was full of mold and water damage. This was because the dealership forgot to replace the plug in the door. This damage was the headliner down the walls and all in the floorboard. I had clothes ruined and my car was ruined. They also didn't paint the hatch back correctly. I called Firkins who said bring it in. I took my car in and they said it would be fixed in 3 days. Gave me a rental that held 5 people (I have 7 in my family) and said it's only 3 days. This was the second week of October. Well after numerous calls they finally called me last Thursday December 14th to say my car was ready. 2 months! I went to pick up my car and was mortified. The headliner was falling down due to broken clips. My back bumper that they had just fixed was wrecked! The front bumper was also wrecked. Someone at the dealership had opened a can of paint remover by my car and splashed the hood. Little dots of no paint down to bare metal. There were parts missing on the inside and the chemical smell was awful. It also had a flat tire. Plus they said it was fully detailed 3 times and my car was still filthy. So today they called me to say my car was ready again. I went to pick up my car and wanted to cry. It smells so bad like chemicals. My youngest daughter has brain cancer , heart problems and asthma. My husband is disabled and couldn't even sit in the car. He got sick. They plugged my tire and left the plug sticking out 1/2 inch. The headliner was full of black finger prints. I called and asked for the GM and John Gross the CFO answered. He was as rude and as big of an xxx as could be. He stated the the car smelled bad because of my husbands service dog being in it 4 months ago. Said he didn't see any finger prints and that they fixed the two spots they wrecked it and the paint problems. He said my car was dirty when I brought it in. Yes it was. But it didn't have mold nor smell awful. He is so arrogant it's terrible. Save yourselves do not use this dealership for repairs. More

Unwilling to help I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee SRT with a tow package. I towed my jet ski with no trailer lights 1 hour to the nearest jet ski dealer. Across the street I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee SRT with a tow package. I towed my jet ski with no trailer lights 1 hour to the nearest jet ski dealer. Across the street was Firkins so I pulled in to see if they could test it to see if the problem was with the jeep. No cars were in the service bay and about 6 or 7 men were standing around. No one approached me so I flagged one down and explained my problem. He talked to another guy who told me the service department closed in an hour and a half so I'd have to make an appointment and come back another day. I just need it checked not fixed I explained. Sorry you have to make an appointment. So I left More

We bought our first car with their help 2 years ago and today we bought our second car, my son's first from them again. Scott is very pleasant, personable, honest, hard-working and no-pressure salesman. He knows his inventory and cars. He can answer any question you have about the cars he has on the lot and pretty much most other cars in the market. We didn't feel stressed, worn-out or worn-down after our shopping experiences with Scott. He gave the space and time we needed to arrive at our own decisions without any pressure on his part. At the same time, the customer care representatives at Firkins stayed in touch with us so we didn't feel neglected either. I think it's just a very well-managed and smartly-run business because they have a great inventory and selection, new or used; they compete price-wise and their service is second to none! More
