A Service Department You Can Trust! Twice this month I have had two entirely different things happen with my 2014 Jeep. Both times I rushed over to see Joe Murray and both times, even though it is very busy now with our winter visitors, he greeted me warmly even though I did not have an appointment but I was able to get one right then or within 48-hours. Fortunately, when my husband purchased the 2014 Jeep in 2013 he also purchased an extended warranty. My husband always took care of our vehicles but when he died suddenly in 2014 I was at a loss but knew he trusted Joe Murray so when it needed its routine service I too went to Joe. Joe Murray has treated me with the upmost courtesy and always with a smile and explains exactly what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend Joe Murray and Firkins service department. Not to leave anyone out, the two ladies in the cashier's office, sorry I don't know their names, are fantastic. They too are always friendly, patient helpful, and smiling. More

I also had some recalls and warranty issues that was needed to be taken care of., While Chet was waiting on my replacement parts he and Sean worked out the service work. It all lined up so well as Sean was done when the parts came in and Chet got to finish. Great guys, great job. More
