If we could give this dealership 10 stars we would what a great experience. We have been shopping for a particular Wrangler Rubicon. Had been to three jeep dealerships had been treated like crap the usual ca great experience. We have been shopping for a particular Wrangler Rubicon. Had been to three jeep dealerships had been treated like crap the usual car dealership tricks. Then I called Firkins and got Justin Langman what a awesome salesman. Very knowledgeable on Jeeps and no pressure at all. We did numbers over the phone and when we drove over 100 miles to get there nothing changed. Everyone at Firkins was great the finance manager Clark a super nice guy. The General Manager even came out and welcomed us to the Firkins family. Will definitely drive the 100 miles on my next car purchase and it will be with Justin. More
I cannot say more great things about the used car side of Firkins Bradenton. I get so nervous buying new cars and i really found something i liked but didnt want it to have loads of issues. The tech Aaron Davis came out and spoke to me and looked over my car thoroughly and made me feel so confident and so comfortable in my car buying experience. If you are ever looking for a used car or somewhere to get work done but a HONEST and sincere tech that is not trying to just knock you over the head for a bunch of money, ask for Aaron Davis over at the used car lot at Firkins! It was a decent experience - Firkins wasn’t high pressure and the price was fair for the market. Rated them low because repairs needed on my used car purchase and they did them quickly however 2 issues were and the price was fair for the market. I paid over $50k for a used diesel truck and asked for the power seat to be fixed…When it recurred on the 2nd day of ownership I was told to push on the seat and move it around then the power seat adjustment should start working again. The proper fix was to replace the wire harness or the connector that’s failing. More

Mark Russell put together a deal sent to me via email that was acceptable in advance of my 2 hour drive to take delivery of my veh UNETHICAL BULLIES! Mark Russell put together a deal sent to me via email that was acceptable in advance of my 2 hour drive to take delivery of my vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership I was informed that Luis Tejeda was now in charge of my deal and the deal Mark had provided was no longer valid. Luis' deal required me to pay an additional $3,000 above what had been previously agreed to with Mark. Mark was not willing to talk with me at all. Luis claimed my trade (a 6 month old vehicle that had 100 miles more than their original appraisal was not in the condition they expected (it's literally almost a brand new car that hadn't even been out in the rain until my trip to Firkins that day) and because if that the value had decreased $3,000 since Mark's assessment (while we were waiting the 6 days for the Jeep to arrive). The next day I contacted John Gross, the manager. John was cordial and agreed my treatment was not what he would expect but was unable to honor Mark's original deal. To top it off, I made a $500 deposit to hold the deal until the Jeep arrived, which I was assured would be refundable however as of this writing I'm still trying to get it refunded - first I was told they couldn't process a credit card refund on a Sunday (which makes no sense to me) but they would process it first thing Monday morning (which didn't happen). My requests regarding my refund continue to be ignored as of this writing. Not as much of a frustration but still an indication of how little this dealer cares, when I test drove the Jeep I discovered the rear window wasn't properly installed and was told the grab handles included on the sticker were in a storage compartment needed to be installed by me. Ironically, if the dealer would have been honest upfront and provided a quote they could commit to I likely would have complete my purchase. Even with the extra $3,000 the Jeep was a reasonable deal and well within my budget. Sadly, after their bait & switch game with the managers & their quotes I couldn't trust their intentions. On a positive note, Chris Richardson, my sales consultant, & Summer, his assistant, were very nice. I certainly recommend doing business with them if they are at a dealership that cared more about their customers. More
