Repairs done quickly, but.. The whole experience was bad I scheduled for service on a Friday. I had my truck there on Thursday night to be sure that it was first in line. I was told that the service would ta I scheduled for service on a Friday. I had my truck there on Thursday night to be sure that it was first in line. I was told that the service would take one day.Friday ,after not hearing a thing from the service dept, I called to check on the status of my truck. I was told that it hadn't even been looked at and to come and get it .Not a word was mentioned about a courtesy vehicle pick up.The van quit running at 4 so it was basically figure it out yourself. I took the truck back on Sunday night so it was the first in line on Monday.After waiting all day to get an update I had to call service again.Nothing had been done on my truck. When I brought the truck in I told them what my dealer had said was wrong with it. They hadn't ordered the parts .I was told it would be another 2-3 days before the parts would be there .I can get parts online faster than that. This went on all week. I had to call daily to find out what was going on. No input or updates from your side.Friday after calling again I was offered a loaner car for the weekend. Whoopie!!!! I think the part that bothers me most was the lack of input from your side. I don't have to deal with this kind of treatment at my home dealership. This has been a very frustrating experience for me and I won't recommend this place to anyone .If you feel the need to contact me my number is in your service dept. More
