false completion of service I bought a Ram vehicle and they were to inspect it for certain issues when i bought it. I was told it was complete and had checked and not even touche I bought a Ram vehicle and they were to inspect it for certain issues when i bought it. I was told it was complete and had checked and not even touched for example the spare was loose ..told was done and not even touched. The fog lights were loose and they told me they could not be fixed. I had gone under the car to tighten them up. Picked up the vehicle with a nail in the tire and told i had to wait a week to plug a tire. Alignment fixed..Nope.. Lies they told me...also the paint because they fixed a dent was awful and had to go back 5 times for different things they said they fixed. The worst experience and will never go back. The sales people and service people know that truck so well they saw it so often when they could have done it right the first time. More

Repairs done quickly, but.. Minor front end accident, coolant system was replaced, all good, but damaged plastic undercarriage wasn't repaired , price came in just under deductib Minor front end accident, coolant system was replaced, all good, but damaged plastic undercarriage wasn't repaired , price came in just under deductible so I had to pay for all repairs.
