The whole experience was bad I scheduled for service on a Friday. I had my truck there on Thursday night to be sure that it was first in line. I was told that the service would ta I scheduled for service on a Friday. I had my truck there on Thursday night to be sure that it was first in line. I was told that the service would take one day.Friday ,after not hearing a thing from the service dept, I called to check on the status of my truck. I was told that it hadn't even been looked at and to come and get it .Not a word was mentioned about a courtesy vehicle pick up.The van quit running at 4 so it was basically figure it out yourself. I took the truck back on Sunday night so it was the first in line on Monday.After waiting all day to get an update I had to call service again.Nothing had been done on my truck. When I brought the truck in I told them what my dealer had said was wrong with it. They hadn't ordered the parts .I was told it would be another 2-3 days before the parts would be there .I can get parts online faster than that. This went on all week. I had to call daily to find out what was going on. No input or updates from your side.Friday after calling again I was offered a loaner car for the weekend. Whoopie!!!! I think the part that bothers me most was the lack of input from your side. I don't have to deal with this kind of treatment at my home dealership. This has been a very frustrating experience for me and I won't recommend this place to anyone .If you feel the need to contact me my number is in your service dept. More

2nd time fixed the problem Brought Jeep in Monday for a MIL light. Problem was supposed to be fixed but on Tuesday a new light Gas Cap Light came on, so we had to bring it back Brought Jeep in Monday for a MIL light. Problem was supposed to be fixed but on Tuesday a new light Gas Cap Light came on, so we had to bring it back. Our servic rep was Joe, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service check in process needs an overhaul. Not customer friendly, very confusing and not efficient. We normally go to the Wickstrom Jeep in Barrington IL, who’s service department does an outstanding job. The customer waiting room was too small, not enough seats and very hot. Needs better air conditioning. We ended up sitting out side and waiting for the repair. More
