Jeep Trailhawk Transmission Firkins is great, but the transmission on the TrailHawk really is a piece of junk. I’ve had them try to fix it five times. They typically tell me they’ve done a “software update”. But it still shifts like a truck. Sometimes dangerously not downshifting properly on turns. I’m very disappointed. More

I seem to sit in my car for what seems forever before anyone even acknowledges me. Of course I see one on the phone but a simple nod or gesture that I have been seen is the correct response. Not being acknowledged leaves a feeling of uneasiness, and what should I be doing!!! Your cashiers could use a little brushing up on their customer service approach, at least be a bit more pleasant, friendly when taking our money for the employees great service and repairs. 2018 Pacifica Transmission Concern. We took our 2018 Pacifica Van to Firkins (purchased it there in early 2018) to have an odd noise that felt like it was in our Transmission area... J We took our 2018 Pacifica Van to Firkins (purchased it there in early 2018) to have an odd noise that felt like it was in our Transmission area... Joe Murray is our Service Adviser at Firkins... and he helped us get the van in right away, and also provided us with a loaner, since it was a warranty issue. Their service people were able to track down the "intermittent clunking noise", and fix it within 48 hours. Van has been shifting great since repair... with no more recent clunks!
