2018 Pacifica Transmission Concern. We took our 2018 Pacifica Van to Firkins (purchased it there in early 2018) to have an odd noise that felt like it was in our Transmission area... J We took our 2018 Pacifica Van to Firkins (purchased it there in early 2018) to have an odd noise that felt like it was in our Transmission area... Joe Murray is our Service Adviser at Firkins... and he helped us get the van in right away, and also provided us with a loaner, since it was a warranty issue. Their service people were able to track down the "intermittent clunking noise", and fix it within 48 hours. Van has been shifting great since repair... with no more recent clunks!
