TWO THUMBS DOWN First I visited Firkins thinking they were reputable since they have been around for a long time. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger sales price was First I visited Firkins thinking they were reputable since they have been around for a long time. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger sales price was $22,000. When looking at the car with the salesman I was told " were going to take care of you and service your vehicle and change the oil every 7500 miles. I thought to myself what a great perk. What he failed to tell me was that they were going to add a few thousand dollars to my loan without my knowledge. Then within 1 hr of leaving the lot with my car it left me stranded and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. Got the car back only to get rear ended in December. Evidently I didn't learn from my previous experience I took it to Firkins collision center to be repaired. Again almost 3 weeks to repair the car. When first arriving to pick up my car I noticed right away that the taillight assembly that the insurance company said to replace and paid over $900 for was in fact still the old one. Not to mention the paint job looks like it was done by a blind person, orange peel, missed spots, etc.....and upon further inspection I have noticed that the lower portion of the bumper that was supposed to be replaced as well in fact is the old one too the misalignment of the exhaust ports as well as the rust discoloration of the chrome trim shows the evidence and proof. Buyer Beware consumers look at everything with a magnifying glass before you accept anything. More

Jeep Trailhawk Transmission Firkins is great, but the transmission on the TrailHawk really is a piece of junk. I’ve had them try to fix it five times. They typically tell me the Firkins is great, but the transmission on the TrailHawk really is a piece of junk. I’ve had them try to fix it five times. They typically tell me they’ve done a “software update”. But it still shifts like a truck. Sometimes dangerously not downshifting properly on turns. I’m very disappointed. More

I seem to sit in my car for what seems forever before anyone even acknowledges me. Of course I see one on the phone but a simple nod or gesture that I have been seen is the correct response. Not being acknowledged leaves a feeling of uneasiness, and what should I be doing!!! Your cashiers could use a little brushing up on their customer service approach, at least be a bit more pleasant, friendly when taking our money for the employees great service and repairs.
