Found dent in car after service work done Dropped my Jeep off for an oil change and tire rotation. Sean called me early in the afternoon telling me the car was ready for pickup. The following day, my daughter stopped to get gas and found a dent on the right rear panel consistent to a vehicle door edge banging into it. Now I marked no to recommend this service center only because of the dent in the car, and I'm upset because of the carelessness of someone. The people are great, and all my prior service work done, the purchase of the Jeep, and renting from Payless, have all been great. More

Waste of my time I made an appointment to fix 2 recall issues. First, no one could find my appointment in the system. Then, they couldn't fix one issue for not having I made an appointment to fix 2 recall issues. First, no one could find my appointment in the system. Then, they couldn't fix one issue for not having a part and now i have to return again. When i called i requested that the dealership had the parts to avoid that very same situation. Also the people in sales lost my camera base. I would never recommend this place for service. More
