Catch 22 I brought my vehicle in for service and upon leaving, found that the lights on the dashboard had come on. I returned to the dealership and spoke to Ke I brought my vehicle in for service and upon leaving, found that the lights on the dashboard had come on. I returned to the dealership and spoke to Ken. He stated that he did not have time to look at it and I woul have to leave the vehicle. I argreed, but needed a loaner car for work the following day. He stated that he could not give me a loaner car unless he knew what was wrong with the car, or the loaner car would have to be paid by me, if it was found that the vehicle did not have an issue. Kind of a catch 22 situation. It did not seem to be a good policy. After several minutes of conversation, a loaner car was issued and the vehicle was found to be in need of software updates. More

Great experience! I have owned several Jeeps and when it was time to look at a new one I went to Firkins. We just moved to the area but saw so many cars with their logo I have owned several Jeeps and when it was time to look at a new one I went to Firkins. Lack of service. I brought my van in 1 hour early for a 1:20 p.m. appointment. At 4:10 p.m. I was told my van had not even been looked at and may have to be held overn I brought my van in 1 hour early for a 1:20 p.m. appointment. At 4:10 p.m. I was told my van had not even been looked at and may have to be held overnight. When I asked what the problem was I was told, "We are very busy." I was not even given the courtesy phone call heads up. I will not be coming back. Too bad because I live right across the street in the Wood Park at DeSoto villas which should make coming to Firkins for service convenient, instead I will be cautioning my fellow residents on Firkins poor consumer relations. Waited too long even with an appointment We were called that or part was in. With an appointment I waited 4 hours to install 2 wind deflectors. I was not offered a shuttle ride or a car.
