Worst experience I dropped my car off on Saturday to be worked on. I told them my water pump needed replaced and I wanted an oil change. The gentleman who received my I dropped my car off on Saturday to be worked on. I told them my water pump needed replaced and I wanted an oil change. The gentleman who received my car said it should be covered under power train warranty plus I gave him a copy of the extended warranty info. Monday I got a call from a guy who told me to fix my car it would be $767 and if I wanted to pay now then they would fix it. I then mentioned to him about the power train warranty and my extended warranty. He put me on hold and when he came back said it was all 100% covered. Then I get a call Tuesday saying my car was ready for pickup. I had to remind it about the oil change and he said that would be done right away. I told him I was at work and could pick it up on Wednesday. So.....Wednesday I get a ride and go to get my car. Took 45 minutes to get my car cause they didn't know what was done or not done to it. They never did the oil change so I told them to forget it I would have it done somewhere else. Was am awful experience and had I not asked about the price and my warranties then they would of scammed me for $767. More

From Sales to Service, Awesome in Every Way Was told by someone to never go to Firkins... But when my car needed to be serviced for something basic so I took it to them. Holy s***! can't explain Was told by someone to never go to Firkins... But when my car needed to be serviced for something basic so I took it to them. Holy s***! can't explain it but it was nothing short of easy and perfect. Needed service again on a totally different item with the same car... Nailed it again. Wanted a truck so I gave them a shot (Mark was my salesman). I almost felt bad about how good they were to me. Never a moment of pressure (except for that very brief dealer school appearance, lol). Took that truck back to them because my tire kept losing air. Matt, easily could have charged me for the repair but didn't. I told them the leak started from day one. They never questioned it and made me feel like the most important person on the planet. They have put all my old car dealer worries to rest and because of that, I have sent them 3 friends who have all bought. If I ever move, I'm taking these guys with me. More
