Needles to say they didn't even get to it and had to give her a vehicle to get home. Then the next day I go to pick it up and $490.00 for an oil change and filter change? My Chevy at the dealership was $260.00 max and all the diesel mechanics say ram is easier to change. More

Poor Cust Service I made an early morning appointment and dropped my car off the night before. They didn't even look at the car until late afternoon and when I finally I made an early morning appointment and dropped my car off the night before. They didn't even look at the car until late afternoon and when I finally spoke with someone about it, they had not identified the problem. They asked to keep my car overnight to look at it the next day. Again I call several times during the day and no one could tell me the status of my car. I finally got the Service Manager who informed me that one of my problems was a blown fuse which cost me $140 to replace, but the main engine problem was a mystery. I am still having problems but I won't be going back to Firkins. More

Took her time with us, treated us as family, listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We didn't feel pressured, only that the dealership wanted us to be happy. Theresa showed us everything on the car so we understood all the features and told us to call her or stop by anytime for assistance. I've bought many cars in my life, this experience with Theresa and Jeep has been the best! More
