Poor Cust Service I made an early morning appointment and dropped my car off the night before. They didn't even look at the car until late afternoon and when I finally I made an early morning appointment and dropped my car off the night before. They didn't even look at the car until late afternoon and when I finally spoke with someone about it, they had not identified the problem. They asked to keep my car overnight to look at it the next day. Again I call several times during the day and no one could tell me the status of my car. I finally got the Service Manager who informed me that one of my problems was a blown fuse which cost me $140 to replace, but the main engine problem was a mystery. I am still having problems but I won't be going back to Firkins. More

We decided to check out Jeep by recommendation from several friends. Theresa was incredible. Took her time with us, treated us as family, listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We didn't feel pressured, only that the dealership wanted us to be happy. Theresa showed us everything on the car so we understood all the features and told us to call her or stop by anytime for assistance. I've bought many cars in my life, this experience with Theresa and Jeep has been the best! More

Awesome, effortless and friendly The total experience from driving up to pickup was amazing. Everyone and I do mean everyone that I had contact with at the dealership was friendly and The total experience from driving up to pickup was amazing. I could have easily setup my laptop and worked there for a few hours! Free water, donuts, bagels and friendly competent service, what is not to love. BTW I drove about 50 miles just to have my jeep serviced here. More

Worst experience I dropped my car off on Saturday to be worked on. I told them my water pump needed replaced and I wanted an oil change. The gentleman who received my I dropped my car off on Saturday to be worked on. I told them my water pump needed replaced and I wanted an oil change. The gentleman who received my car said it should be covered under power train warranty plus I gave him a copy of the extended warranty info. Monday I got a call from a guy who told me to fix my car it would be $767 and if I wanted to pay now then they would fix it. I then mentioned to him about the power train warranty and my extended warranty. He put me on hold and when he came back said it was all 100% covered. Then I get a call Tuesday saying my car was ready for pickup. I had to remind it about the oil change and he said that would be done right away. I told him I was at work and could pick it up on Wednesday. So.....Wednesday I get a ride and go to get my car. Took 45 minutes to get my car cause they didn't know what was done or not done to it. They never did the oil change so I told them to forget it I would have it done somewhere else. Was am awful experience and had I not asked about the price and my warranties then they would of scammed me for $767. More
