Great experience Overall was about as good of a buying experience as you could have. I had requested information online late in the evening and the next morning I rec Overall was about as good of a buying experience as you could have. I had requested information online late in the evening and the next morning I received 2 personalized videos from Kaydene and CJ. So, later in the day I drove down to see the vehicles I was interested in. When I arrived, they had already pulled the vehicle up which I had viewed online. I test drove 2 different vehicles and then drove around the lot with Brad looking at all the different available Rubicons. They had the best selection of Rubicons I had seen in the Tampa, Sarasota, Orlando area. The whole write-up, trade in, negotiation, finance process seemed smooth and organized and took much less time than it had with past vehicles. Jef in finance found a great rate for me and made all the paperwork seem a lot less burdensome. I have dealt with multiple other dealerships in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Needles to say they didn't even get to it and had to give her a vehicle to get home. Then the next day I go to pick it up and $490.00 for an oil change and filter change? My Chevy at the dealership was $260.00 max and all the diesel mechanics say ram is easier to change. More
